Aim and Scope
Aim
As its name indicates, the journal will offer a panorama of Emergency Medicine in terms of providing a complete view of this domain from all over the world, with a comprehensive presentation of the subject which is reflected in our scope. The journal’s aim is to provide a global platform for disseminating scientific literature among clinicians, researchers, and policy makers, for a better understanding, management and prevention of emergency medicine cases. Our goal is to contribute to the development of emergency medicine in general and more specifically in developing countries.
Scope
Emergency medicine is considered as the provision of immediate treatment to the acutely ill or injured, without limitation to the Emergency Room. Hence, as our mission is to disseminate scientific literature in a comprehensive approach to emergency medicine, authors may select from different domain categories that may contribute to the development of Emergency Medicine, when submitting their work to PoEM, and they may submit their work in different article types. Manuscripts will be published in English.
